For candles that we custom make to your preferences in our Design Your Own Candle option, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges. We made it just for you!
Within 30 days of receiving your order, we are happy to provide an exchange or refund of unused or first burn candles from our Favorites and other non-custom collections. If you need to return or exchange an item, please pack it carefully and send it to us along with the invoice, the problem with the candle, and an indication of what action you would like us to take. Return shipping charges are not refundable, but we will provide free shipping for your new selection.
