Prosperity Candle participated in the FEED Foundation’s annual FEED-Raiser & Market this year at Donna Karan’s Urban Zen Center in the West Village. It was an honor to be invited by Lauren Bush – founder of FEED Projects – to join other mission-driven gift companies in offering meaningful gift options to the FEED-raiser’s attendees. 10% of all sales were donated to the FEED Foundation’s Haiti Relief Fund.
The Vessels of Light (made by women refugees in the U.S.), Prosperity Pillar Candles (made in Iraq) & Haitian candle stands were all a hit. The best seller? The Sage Vessel of Light scented lightly with Green Tea. Lauren Bush herself decided to take home a Cranberry Vessel of Light scented with Arabian Sandalwood!
