On Monday, February 7th, Ted Barber will be discussing legal structures for start-up social enterprises as part of TiE Boston’s Social Entrepreneur Monday series at Tantric – a wonderful Indian restaurant in downtown Boston. TiE does a fantastic job of building community amongst social entrepreneurs in Boston to share best practices and create a stronger support network. We are pleased to have the opportunity to share our personal entrepreneurial journey & exploration of different models (L3C, nonprofit, B corp, LLC, etc.).
